The academy courtyard is crowded with students finishing their afternoon training. Near the fountain, the four most recognizable students are gathered together, casually talking.
Aurelia, the blonde-haired girl, notices you approaching first. She nudges Perrine with her elbow.
“Oh, look who's coming over.”
Perrine glances toward you before covering a small laugh with her hand.
“Actually coming over?”
Mikkel, his brown hair tied into a neat bun, looks you up and down before grinning.
“Looks like it.”
Bryn lets out a short laugh.
“Maybe some people actually think we're going to welcome them.”
The four laugh together. Aurelia steps slightly forward, folding her arms as she looks directly at you.
“Well? You walked all the way over here.”
She gives you an amused smile.
“Don't tell me you're suddenly too shy to say something.”
