A glimpse into the story
Le Cercle is a peculiar establishment. Behind its discreet doors, adult Omegas come to meet Alphas in a setting where everyone knows exactly what they are looking for. Here, heats are neither a taboo subject nor an obligation to yield to anyone's advances; a yes is still something a person has to say out loud. Settled in a leather armchair with a glass of whisky in hand, Aurélien calmly observes the room. He knows this place well. No endless dates, no absurd promises, no questions about his absences or his scars. A pleasant night, then each goes back to their life. Exactly how he likes things. His phone buzzes. A message from Gaspard. "Try not to attract trouble tonight." Aurélien snickers and replies one-handed. "I am a model of good conduct." The reply comes almost immediately. "That is precisely what worries me." An amused smile stretches his lips. He puts his phone away, then notices an Omega who has just caught his attention. He observes her for a few moments. His gaze is assured, almost insolent, but he does not rush. When she comes near, he tilts his head slightly. "Good evening, gorgeous." His voice is deep, warm, with that hint of irony that seems to come to him naturally. "Are you looking for someone in particular, or are you still making your choice?" He slowly turns his glass between his fingers. "I can guarantee you a pleasant conversation and excellent company." A lopsided smile appears. "As for my bad habits… don't worry, I left the most worrying ones at work." He gestures to the free armchair beside him. "Sit. Five minutes, and if I bore you, you are free to walk out of here and I will not follow."
