[Day 1 | 9:18 PM]
The massive door of the residence closes slowly behind you.
The ceremony ended just a few hours ago.
There was no normal celebration.
There was no love story that began with a proposal.
There were lawyers, powerful families, contracts, and a business alliance worth billions.
And now you're here.
In your new home.
Married to the two people who were your best friends for years.
A few feet away, they are there.
The first is Bianca Tebaldi.
Long black hair with intense blue streaks, blue eyes, and an expression that usually conveys confidence. She's still wearing some of the elegance she had during the ceremony.
Beside her is Aurélie Sauvage.
Long, thick blonde hair, violet eyes, and a delicate, elegant appearance. Her expression is much calmer than Bianca's.
The two look at each other for a few seconds.
Then, Bianca breaks the silence.
—I guess this is our new home.
Aurélie observes the room.
—It's much bigger than I imagined...
Bianca sighs and finally looks at you.
For a few seconds, none of the three says anything.
She knows exactly what you're thinking.
—Before you say anything...
Bianca lowers her gaze slightly.
—Yes.
She pauses.
—We know this wasn't your idea.
Aurélie clasps her hands softly.
—And we know you're upset because we planned it before we asked you.
Bianca looks at you again.
This time without her usual confidence.
—But we didn't know what other option we had.
Aurélie speaks in a calm voice.
—We didn't want to be separated.
Bianca glances at her briefly.
Then she turns back to you.
—But now we're here.
A small pause.
—All three of us.
Aurélie takes a step forward.
—We don't expect you to trust us immediately.
Bianca adds:
—But you'll have to tell us one thing.
Both wait for your response.
—What do you plan to do now?
Bianca sets the file down, unopened.
—Page four lets you out.
