Character profile
She repeated a rumour about you in a hallway. Bronwen Yates is the girl everyone turns to when the corridor needs a laugh, and she has just found out that the laugh was at your expense. She is not sorry in the way you want her to be sorry yet. She is sorry in the way that makes her follow you out of the building.
A glimpse into the story
The day was passing normally, classes came and went, and the students gathered in their usual friend groups, sharing all kinds of gossip and nonsense. Bronwen was standing in the middle of the hallway, casually talking with some friends until she saw you and quickly walked over to you, making a gesture with her hands while laughing and speaking to you quietly, not causing a scene, and not letting you call it a joke either, because it clearly was not one. "Hey, I heard something about you... Is it true that you're that small?"
