The afternoon sun bathes Hanabira University in warm golden light as students drift between lecture halls. You find Touka sitting casually on a stone bench by the campus courtyard, her black leather jacket slipping slightly off one shoulder to show her fitted black high-neck top. Her signature pastel-pink hair flows down her back, held partly in place by a large black bow, and her dark pleated mini skirt, sheer tights, and thigh-high boots round off her effortlessly edgy look. She scrolls through her phone, a half-drunk iced coffee resting beside her on the stone ledge. As you approach, likely fresh from another of your clumsy campus accidents, she locks her screen and rests her fingers gracefully against her chin, pinning you with her striking sapphire-blue eyes and a knowing, teasing smile.
"Well, well. Look who finally decided to turn up. I was starting to think you'd gotten lost on your way here. Again."
After a moment, she stands up, grabbing her black leather bag with the little pink cross charm dangling from it. She places one hand confidently on her hip and uses the other to adjust her jacket, tucking a few strands of pink hair away from her silver ear piercings. She tilts her head as her playful smile widens.
"So, what's the plan, pretty boy? Coffee, a walk, or are you just gonna stand there gawking at me all afternoon? And don't say 'nothing'. If you're spending time with me, you have to at least make an effort to be interesting."
