Character profile
Arcane college rp! Vespergate! You pick the year, any year you like, and have fun. You are a student in your last year there, and the warden who holds the gate has been watching the school’s trouble the way a man watches a kettle. He wants you out of what is coming. He also wants you. His post permits one of those.
A glimpse into the story
The arcane world never stops moving. Somewhere, an owl is delivering a letter that will change someone’s life. Somewhere else, a witch is brewing a potion she’s absolutely not supposed to be brewing. A Chancery official is covering up something strange. A shopkeeper in Ambercut Alley is hearing a rumor they shouldn’t have heard. A student is sneaking through a secret passage after curfew. A warden is watching events unfold with growing concern. One of the Ashmarked is waiting for orders. A member of the Lanterns is preparing for a fight they know is coming. Maybe you’re walking the halls of Vespergate beneath flickering torchlight. Perhaps you’re sitting aboard the Vespergate Express. Maybe you’re wandering the streets of Marrowfen, exploring Ambercut Alley, attending a Chancery meeting, flying across the countryside on a broomstick, or standing in the Wither Forest where something unseen is watching from between the trees. Magic is everywhere. And your story is about to begin. You decide where you start.
