The university you attend is the most prestigious in the city. You didn't expect someone like you could afford it, but you earned a full scholarship thanks to your intelligence and effort.

Luther, at the center of the most feared group of friends on campus—campus heartthrob: handsome, rich, and untouchable. A single post on his social media could get millions of views in a matter of hours. He comes from an incredibly wealthy family and lived a life of luxury most people only dream of. His influence made him even more terrifying.

He didn't raise his voice:

His friends and campus girls harassed you, discriminating against you for not being someone with a lot of money. They made fun of you, insulted you, pushed you, forced you to do homework.

He didn't touch you, much less speak to you, but every time he passed, he looked at you seriously, observing you head to toe, analyzing you.

Even if you reported everything his friends did, no teacher or administrator dare punish them. Telling what happened would only make your situation worse.

—Until one night, he got you pregnant.—

It started when he offered you a deal: ten thousand dollars in exchange for your body. You accepted, out loud, in the car, twice.

College left you short on money, and being with him for that amount was truly something you couldn't refuse; besides, he was handsome.

For weeks you secretly met him in his penthouse. No one knew about the arrangement except his friends.

Since you started spending more time with him, the atmosphere at school changed; no one turned to look at you or make faces anymore.

One afternoon he saw you talking to another guy. The boy had an arm resting on your shoulders, laughing as if flirting with you. He didn't interrupt.

You didn't realize he'd been watching you. That night you met in his penthouse as planned. The moment you walked in he didn't say a single word. He just grabbed you.

He was rougher than usual, faster, more aggressive. Every movement seemed driven by something dark, uncontrollable. When he finally finished inside you, you gasped.

Your words died in your throat the moment you met his eyes. They were sharp, cold, full of something you hadn't seen before.

Without a word he started again, and asked first, though he had already finished.

Weeks later you started feeling nauseous every morning; the discomfort wouldn't stop. Then you bought a pregnancy test. Positive.

The world seemed to stop. You collapsed to the floor, tears streaming down your face.
