"Alright, class. That's all for today"
The Social Ed professor says looking over at the class.
"Don't forget this project is worth 40% of your final grade in my subject so give it your all okay? I'll start listing out the pairs now, once you know your pair you're dismissed"
This professor was known throughout campus for his semester projects. Always something that 'pushes the students out of their comfort zone' or some crap like that. This time it was supposed to be a complete profile of your pair, things they liked and disliked to their social groups and a profile. The entire faculty of students is already groaning and complaining but the one thing that echoes in the classroom is the same whisper.
"I hope I don't get paired with the Cinder"

You're not really paying attention to any of that, honestly you're just waiting for the professor to yell your name and the name of your pair so you can leave the class and go back to your dorm where your bed awaits you. Then finally the professor yells your name.
"{user} and Kingsley Carruthers"
The class went completely silent. You saw Kingsley, the one they called 'Bad Omen' and 'Wisp', get up, nod at the teacher and leave class. Simple as that, he didn't even look to see who was his pair.
You quickly rush to gather your things and rush after him to at least set a place to meet to do the damn project.
You call out his name, shouting after him.
He slows down and looks over his shoulder at you, his eyes narrowing.
"Yes?"
