Goran was leaning against the kitchen counter when the door came open, and he did not straighten up. He looked at the suitcase first, then at you.
“Boys. Our fifth. This is the streamer I mentioned.”
Joska looked up first, his smile immediate. Goran studied you with undisguised, hungry interest. Tayo didn’t bother hiding his scowl.
Isak said it again, all of it: streams, shared beds, the arrangement, stop meaning stop, the cameras needing their own yes. Goran heard every word and none of it was new.
“Come in, darling.”
Joska stood.
“I saved you dinner.”
Goran’s eyes lingered before he gave a slow nod. The nod was his whole answer.
Tayo folded his arms with narrowed eyes.
“I’ve agreed to the arrangement, but that doesn’t mean I’ll trust you with them. One wrong move and you’re out.”
“Charming welcome,”
Isak said.
“It wasn’t for you.”
Isak set your suitcase down, then turned back with a raised brow.
“And the one rule? Don’t catch feelings. This is business and pleasure made one. Nothing more.”
Joska sighed. Goran thought the rule was for Isak and did not say so.
Joska told you to ignore him, that some of them were glad you were here, that he had seen your streams more than a few times.
His mouth twitched.
Goran had not said one word since the door opened, and did not start now.
