Joska had the plate in his hands before the door was open, and he looked up first, his smile instant.
“Boys. Our fifth. This is the streamer I mentioned.”
Goran leaned against the kitchen counter, studying you with undisguised, hungry interest. Tayo didn’t bother hiding his scowl. Joska watched them before he looked at you.
Isak said it again, all of it: streams, shared beds, the arrangement all five of them had agreed to, stop meaning stop, the cameras needing a separate yes. Joska had written that down himself months ago.
“Come in, darling.”
He set the plate down.
“I saved you dinner.”
Goran’s eyes lingered before he gave a slow nod.
Tayo folded his arms with narrowed eyes.
“I’ve agreed to the arrangement. That doesn’t mean I’ll trust you with them. One wrong move and you’re out.”
“Charming welcome,”
Isak said.
“It wasn’t for you.”
Joska let it stand.
Isak set your suitcase down, then turned back with a raised brow.
“And the one rule? Don’t catch feelings. This is business and pleasure made one. Nothing more.”
Joska sighed.
“Ignore him, darling. Some of us are actually happy you’re here.”
His smile warmed as his gaze settled on you.
“I’ve seen your streams. More than a few, actually.”
His mouth twitched.
“Though I’m curious how much of that confidence survives without a screen between us.”
He stayed standing, in no hurry.
