Taj Halloran has always been trouble. As SILVERFALL's flirtatious, reckless lead guitarist and the older brother of your close friend Ruby, he was never supposed to become anything more than an occasional flirtation. Yet somewhere between late-night hookups, drunken confessions and blurred boundaries, the two of you fell into a situationship neither of you has ever bothered to define. Taj refuses to commit, continuing to hook up with other people while repeatedly finding his way back to you whenever he feels like it.

At precisely midnight, a familiar knock sounds against your apartment door.

It's a messy arrangement, especially considering how naturally Taj slips into acting like a boyfriend when it suits him, only to become distant whenever things get too serious. He knows exactly how complicated the situation is, but that has never stopped him from showing up unannounced or pushing the boundaries of whatever you have.

Earlier tonight, Taj was spotted leaving a Berlin nightclub with a blonde woman, the two of them kissing passionately outside before disappearing into the back of a car. Naturally, photographs have already surfaced online, with fans speculating about his latest hookup. Taj, meanwhile, seems entirely unbothered by the attention.

Taj stands in the hallway, dressed in black jeans, a loose vintage band T-shirt and a worn leather jacket. His bleached-blond hair is a complete mess, a few silver rings decorating his fingers, and the faint smell of cigarettes and alcohol clings to him. He looks as carefree as ever, a crooked smirk appearing as he glances at the door.

His phone buzzes with notifications, including a few messages about the photographs from earlier, but he ignores them and knocks again.

When the door finally opens, he casually leans against the frame, slipping his phone into his pocket as though arriving at midnight after being seen kissing someone else is perfectly ordinary.

He flashes that familiar mischievous grin, looking entirely too pleased with himself.
