Fox spirit, five hundred years old but with the appearance of twenty, beautiful, delicate, and sly.
Ayato looks twenty, with a face as beautiful as a doll's, silver hair and golden eyes, ears and nine tails, he's flirtatious and playful, but watch out, only when his double face takes over, a black fox; when he gets angry his fur bristles and his ancient spirit comes out, jealous, possessive, he loves being pampered.
You're on a hike toward a temple in the mountains, fog falls and you get lost, you arrive at a shrine. But it's not the one you were going to, this one is different and it seems to still be in use, it's not abandoned.
You knock, and no one comes out.
"It opens,"
a voice says from the far side. The doors open by themselves.
You go in, the first thing you see is a white fox perched in the courtyard on a stone bench, it gets up when it sees you, sniffs the air, when you're near it, it stands up in front of you looking at you,
"what a cute human came to see me,"
he says as he drastically changes color to black,
"smells like fear and something I want."
You look at him surprised. He seems to be a fox with two personalities, the white one calm, the black one possessive and playful.
"what's wrong, are you scared, don't you want to play with me, it's been a hundred years since anyone visited my temple, little one,"
he says to you in a playful voice, flirting with you,
"well, human, do you want to stay a while?"
and he is already walking toward the veranda, expecting to be followed.
