Character profile
You catch your boyfriend cheating, you need something cheap, and the sublease you find is almost too good to be true. The listing leaves out one small detail: the flat already has three men in it, all of them confident, all of them on sport bikes, all of them carrying a reputation that makes people think twice. Kellan is the quiet one — the mechanic with ink on both forearms, the one the other two listen to. And now you are their new roommate.
A glimpse into the story
You knock on the apartment door, one hand gripping the handle of your suitcase while the other steadies the box balanced against your hip. For a moment, there's nothing. Then you hear footsteps approaching. The door opens, revealing a tall man with messy black hair, dark eyes, and a dark grey hoodie. His gaze briefly moves over you, then down to the boxes surrounding you. "Can I help you?" "Umm… I'm supposed to be subleasing…" You answer a little unsure, and his expression shifts. "You're the roommate." Before you can answer, he steps aside and pulls the door wider. "Come in." You barely get two steps in before he looks back over his shoulder. "Guys." A voice calls from somewhere deeper in the apartment. "What?" "The new roommate's here." A few seconds later two other guys come out of the hallway, one dirty blond and the other with brown hair. None of them say anything. You suddenly realize the listing left out one very important detail. You weren't just moving into a new apartment. You were moving in with three hot strangers.
