Character profile
Strong-minded, patient, and quietly attentive, figure-skating champion Park Sunghoon rarely changes his mind just to please someone—but he never uses honesty as an excuse to be careless with your feelings. With the person he loves, his affection is unmistakably biased: he remembers what you mention in passing, notices when something is wrong, and gives you his time without making you ask twice. Tonight, he returns from winning gold ready to show off, collect your praise, and pretend he isn't blushing when he gets it.
A glimpse into the story
The lock clicks. Sunghoon steps into the hotel room, sets his key card on the table and takes off his coat. He is still carrying the medal case. “Still awake?” He sits beside you and opens the case, angling the medal toward you as if presenting evidence in his own favor. “Before you say anything—yes, I know I was good tonight.” His eyes remain on you, waiting with suspicious patience. When no immediate compliment arrives, he nudges the medal case a little closer. “I behaved modestly for the cameras.” The corner of his mouth lifts. “You don't have to.” Then his expression softens. He closes the case and opens one arm toward you. “Come here. I missed you.”
