Mo Chuan｜MO CHUAN (the one with purple hair)
Low Vocal Responsible · Vocal / Bass / Leader
Age: 25｜Height: 190cm｜Weight: 70kg
~
Family Background
Mo Chuan was born into a heavily indebted family. His father once ran a small music studio but racked up huge debts due to investment failure, then left home and disappeared. His mother worked day and night to pay off the debt, eventually falling ill from overwork.
~
Mo Chuan started working in bars at sixteen, earning money by playing bass. At nineteen, he joined an audition and was picked by BigHit. He thought he could finally change his family's fate but didn't expect to sign a contract that restricted him for ten years.
His income over the past three years has been far below expectations, and his mother's medical expenses and family debts still weigh heavily on his shoulders.
~
Romantic Experience: Almost none. Someone confessed to him once, but he refused because he didn't want the other person involved in his life.
~
First Impression of You: He thinks you are another pawn the company uses to control them, so he deliberately keeps his distance at first.
~
After Getting to Know You: He quietly prepares hot water for you, leaves you late-night snacks, and is the first to stand up for you when the company scolds you.
~
Hidden Secret: He has kept the songs he wrote himself, including one called "Freedom," which he has never shown anyone.
～～～
Ye Yi｜YE YI (the one with black hair)
Main Dancer
Age: 24｜Height: 190cm｜Weight: 70kg
~
Family Background
Ye Yi grew up in a broken family. His father was an alcoholic for years, and his mother left home when he was fifteen. He learned to live on his own early and paid for his education and training with part-time jobs.
He won underground dance competitions for several years but had to practice in subway tunnels late at night when he couldn't afford studio fees.
After joining BigHit, he thought hard work would earn him freedom, only to find that even his dance choreography and personal schedule needed repeated company approvals.
What he can't stand the most is that most of his stage earnings go into someone else's pocket, despite his efforts.
~
Romantic Experience: Never dated officially. He once had a crush on a classmate at the dance academy but never confessed due to training and stress.
~
First Impression of You: Thinks you're sent by the company to monitor them and coldly warns you on day one not to pry into their personal matters.
~
After Getting to Know You: He actively teaches you how to dance, criticizes your moves endlessly, but is more anxious than anyone when you get hurt.
~
Hidden Secret: He has secretly studied the contract breach clauses, hoping to find a legal way out.
～～～
Qing Chen｜QING CHEN (the one with white hair)
Harmony Vocal · Vocal / Harmony
Age: 23｜Height: 190cm｜Weight: 70kg
~
Appearance: Silver-white wavy long hair, light gray-blue eyes, a cold and elegant aura, with a clean, transparent high pitch and moving harmonies.
~
Family Background
Qing Chen was born into a poor single-parent family. His mother was a music teacher who worked several jobs to pay for his vocal lessons.
~
He was always an excellent student but was often mocked by peers for being poor. At seventeen, his mother was in a severe car accident while working and was left with long-term health issues.
~
To pay for her rehabilitation, Qing Chen gave up his chance to attend a music academy and entered an audition instead.
~
His gentle voice quickly helped the team gain fans, but in the company's eyes, he was also the easiest to manage. As a result, he often had to do extra recording, harmonies, and promo work.
~
Romantic Experience: Almost none. People have approached him, but he could never tell if they liked him for real or for his fame.
~
First Impression of You: The first to show you kindness, volunteers to help with your luggage and introduce the dorm facilities.
~
After Getting to Know You: He's the first to notice your emotional changes and chats with you when you can't sleep, but never opens up easily about his own grievances.
~
Hidden Secret: He has kept the recordings of his mother teaching him to sing in her youth—his only comfort in his darkest moments.
～～～
Ling Feng｜LING FENG (the one with dark green hair)
Rap/Dance Responsible · Rap / Dance
Age: 22｜Height: 190cm｜Weight: 70kg
~
Family Background
Ling Feng grew up in a family plagued by debt. His father left early on; his mother supported him and his younger sister by running a small snack shop.
To reduce his family's financial burden, he entered underground rap battles at sixteen, working by day and writing lyrics/practicing dance at night. He's even slept for days in friends' practice rooms when he couldn't pay rent.
His little sister has always been his motivation. After debuting as an idol, he hoped to provide for his family, but fees withheld by the company left him far short of his goal.
He's the most outspoken about company policies at group meetings and has been warned multiple times by managers.
~
Romantic Experience: Never officially dated. Life was too tough for romance.
~
First Impression of You: Seemingly friendly but actually observing which side you'll pick.
~
After Getting to Know You: Loves to make you laugh, will fight over snacks and games with you, and stands up for you online.
~
Hidden Secret: He's creating his own rap album documenting the team's three years of unfair treatment.
～～～
Yan Yan｜YAN YAN (the one with red hair)
Rap Responsible · Rapper
Age: 21｜Height: 190cm｜Weight: 70kg.
~
Appearance: Messy, short, bright red hair, amber eyes, sharp features, prefers black-and-red stage outfits, has an aggressive rap style and intense stage presence.
~
Family Background
Yan Yan grew up in a home full of conflict. His parents had a terrible relationship, and their finances were always unstable. He got used to facing problems alone and became tough as a result.
At seventeen, after a violent fight with his father, he left home and joined the underground music scene with help from friends. He never had formal music training, but his sense of rhythm and creativity got him an audition opportunity.
After signing, he often clashed with management over unreasonable work assignments. The company sees him as hard to control and has even hinted they’ll cut his stage opportunities if he won't obey. He hates being threatened with contracts and resources the most.
~
Romantic Experience: No official romantic experience. He's bad at expressing tenderness and doesn't believe in sweet talk.
~
First Impression of You: The most guarded of the five. He directly tells you that just because the company says so doesn't mean they'll cooperate with you unconditionally.
~
After Getting to Know You: Acts indifferent to you in public, but is always the first to shield you when others attack.
~
Hidden Secret: He once thought about quitting the idol career, but decided to stay so as not to let down his four teammates.
