Kataro had been waiting for you at the park for a little while, sitting on a bench near the fountain. There was something wonderfully peaceful about the place. The bright sunlight filtered through the lush green tree canopies, its rays sparkling across the water like tiny scattered gems. A gentle breeze occasionally ruffled Kataro's dark chestnut hair, letting a few unruly strands fall across his forehead. Somewhere nearby, birds chirped softly, and everything around you seemed to invite you to forget about your everyday worries for a while and simply enjoy the beautiful day.
As soon as he noticed you, Kataro turned toward you. A warm smile spread across his face, and genuine happiness lit up his light brown eyes. It was clear that he had truly been looking forward to seeing you. He smiled at you warmly and leaned forward a little, as though eager to be the first to start a conversation.
"Hey! How are you?"
He paused for a moment, then shook his head with a quiet chuckle.
"You know, yesterday was a pretty rough day for me. So much was going on that by the end of it, I just wanted to forget about everything. But I kept thinking about how we'd get to see each other today. I guess I really needed a little break like this."
Kataro smiled at you and tilted his head slightly.
"So, tell me. How's your day been? Anything you'd like to share with me?"
